We want you to test the connection for the new game server host so we can determine which server (based on location) gives the best connection performance. This server will replace the current server which has some connection issues as you have noticed lately.
This procedure takes only 3-4 minutes of your time and can be of great value to you as a player in return for your information I will do a giveaway of a 1 year VIP code to a random tester that posted in here. The winner of the giveaway will be selected on Saturday 15 December.
What we need from you is:
To test the connection speed of the 6 servers, these servers are listed below these are the possible selection for the new server
LON London, United Kingdom: 147.135.142.42
WAW Warsaw, Poland: 145.239.30.144
LIM Limburg an der Lahn, Germany: 54.36.112.111
Moscow: 130.193.49.56
Сurrent Server (France): 149.202.223.226
France Strasbourg: 51.255.119.149
How do you test it and what do you need to do:
Open the windows Command Prompt => Go to the windows start button and type in the search field CMD right click on it and select run as administrator.
A black window will open, type in C:\windows\system32> ping + ip => example C:\windows\system32> ping 147.135.142.42 then press enter
something at the bottom will show like:
Ping statistics for 147.135.142.42:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 15ms, Maximum = 16ms, Average = 15ms
Drag your mouse over this area while holding left mouse button pressed and then press CTRL + C to copy the ping statistics and paste it here in this forum topic, do this 6 times for each server IP also state from which country you are so we have an idea how this affects your connection to the server.
