Tried SHIFT + F2 to bring up the panel, then "load" to locate the demo?

To be honest there's nothing too weird about the demo, but a good cheater is hard to spot. Most wallhackers don't chase their targets behind walls like the noobs do. Some of his shots look like silent aim. (hit although the crosshair points somewhere else)
I played parts of the demo in 1/4 speed and around 8:10 - 8:20 he is shaking his mouse (fully flashed) and then aimed at the wall and then moved back onto his target. But this is not visible every time, just 3 out of like 10-15 times playing this same clip, maybe it's a bug in the demo player? After that, there's the kill in the ct base which I don't find very suspicious anymore after watching the demo, he jump peeks at around 8:30.

The whole thing from 7:50 to 8:20 is very interesting. When he's standing on the wood pile, he fires some shots at the guys trying to enter banana from B and seems to be aware of the players moving around. Upon entering the site, he just shoots coffins twice and then doesn't check it again. Also he lands a funny headshot on me with his crosshair being quite far away from my head.
16:44 - maybe a standard prefire spot, but he barely missed his target behind the wall and killed him shortly after, without worrying about me on the other side of mid or any possible terrorist from the stairs. He doesn't really check the right top of middle.
23:40-24:00 Waiting in top of mid for a push, giving me yet another funny headshot in a quick movement from left to right. (maybe silent aim again?) When I got the headshot his crosshair is more than 15 degrees off target.
There's really nothing exciting except for those few bits because after he got whispered by an admin or vip he seems to be slowing it down.

What got me thinking is the steam group "cheetah" and the 3 guys with vac bans in it, panda being the only member of the group that isn't banned yet.

The 32 tick demos are notorious for this, watch any demo of anyone from these servers and you'll see kills happen where the crosshair has not fully reached the player yet, slowing down the demo to 1/4 speed only highlights the synchronisation issues within the demo. There is also an issue with the crosshair seemingly pointing behind the player or off to the side in a demo if this is what you're referring to but it's only for quarter of a second or so.

From the gameplay, there is nothing special about it, it doesn't reach the threshold to indicate supernatural play. If it is indistinguishable from normal gameplay then there is little evidence of cheats and a ban can't be given.

The steam group does seem odd but there's no evidence of bxpanda himself cheating. The Vacbans of the other players were also roughly from a year ago. Also another thing to note is this quote from bxpanda himself although I doubt its relevance.
