Ok this seems to be a very long reply on right and wrong, life, prejudices, cosmos and universe but even so you provided a very wordy explanation why expression "Once a cheater always a cheater" might not be true it is quite an unimportant explanation.

See admins banned you for cheating, and it was done so in the past - You cheat with one account the assumption is that you cannot be trusted and that you will behave in the same way and that you took upon yourself to give yourself another chance which is not a practice here.

So to sum it up for you, ego, prejudices and the rest that you mention has no value here, you cheated with one account, new account cannot guarantee that you won't cheat again. Simple as that. It is actually good if you are not going to cheat anymore but that is good for you. Not for us nor for the players that play here without third-party help.
