Honestly a few videos from 3 years ago doesn't prove anything, also you're using a different ingame name so how do we actually know it's you? Same with your faceit account, that proves nothing. It's easy to play legit on faceit and then use external help for a non-steam server. Also the name on your faceit account is different so how do we know you're not just linking somebody else? Also you were banned november last year why wait so long to try and get unbanned? From the looks of things you're already using an alternate account to get onto the servers anyway. Ultimately this will be decided by a senior admin whether they will choose to unban you or not.

Honestly, what is the exact point of this? Are admins expected to keep lical copies of players cheating forever? He was banned in November 2018, bow anyone banned form that period of time can come here and revoke his ban "due to lack of evidence". Not even the demo pages held demos for that long. Logical thing would be to be able to revoke a ban for the period of time demo is saved, not after 3 months. This is not a concept that can work good in future. Plus word of admin apparently means nothing. 3 admins got involved saying that either this guy cheated or that his proof is bull. Keeping demos for 3 moths is ludicrous imo.

Us I know , we must keep demo 20 days maximum.So its means ,banned player got just 20 days time.to post unban request...

Banned by 5 admins, the guy has been using wallhack and aimbot on se7enkill servers (and I know this because he used it against me back in early 2018) but yeah I understand if you as main admin rarely play on the server you wouldn't know what happens over there.. Now he came back as xfreshbloodx gets a freepass for ban evasion, while he was cheating on his main account?!?, and he was already playing on his new account named 'alfredo'. He openly admitted he was amorita in chat and that he was banned for downloading "skinchanger" rofl, now you unban him without any logic at all. First he comes aimboting on the server and the use of wallhack and now he comes on 2 different accounts and suddenly he is allowed to play? I didn't even cheat on this server and you banned all my other accounts for ban evasion, excuse me! You are causing havoc among 'your admins' ..wellplayed. Gonna look fine on your root admin resume. I can see why Dmitri said you are impulsive. I think you are a little confused also with your actions.

1) 2 weeks ago I brought it to your attention Primal raider was banning many innocent people for cheating.

Your responce was: "Primal is a decent guy who wants a cheat free server" => conclusion you say its okay for him to ban people who dont cheat.
You never responded in a serious/professional way. You didn't say it was wrong of him to do this or aknowledge his behaviour and you locked the forum post and started mocking me instead.

2) 1 week later you make a post people CANNOT ban anyone without video proof unless its an obvious spinbot or aimbot.
(amorita, the main account of freshblood/alfredo was certainly an obvious aimbot, yet you unban his new alternative account for lack of evidence while the guy has 2 VAC banned steam accounts and another 3 non-steam accounts and 4 bans on here)

Now what is it A or B? Because you can't say A then go B and then say A again.. it makes no sense for all players and other admins who are reading this on the forum. You destroy the work of admins who actually ban cheaters and you unban those cheaters.. and the admins who actually ban people for cheating which weren't cheating in the first place you say its simply okay for innocent people to stay banned.

You need to step up your game because this logic of yours doesn't add up. For me I don't care I like it when you make mistakes openly on the forum and lock threads and delete posts and confuse your fellow sub-admins, all other superior admins can see what you deleted anyway.

So its allowed to cheat on this server then get banned and make a new account and not get banned for ban evasion with previous infractions? And what about appealing 3 months after he gets banned asking for evidence.. are you joking. He has been playing on the server last 3 months on his new account anyway. all his accounts he uses VPN with to avoid his IP ban funny how his VPN blocked out Istanbul the city he's from where it used to show on the gameme se7enkills profile page and now they are all blanked out.

You have banned many people without videoproof based just on assumptions.

You banned a guy for 3 days for lagging and he wouldn't have been unbanned if I didnt wrote it here on the forum, you banned a BOT (a non-player, A.I.) also by mistake for exploiting the map/game. Stop banning people unless you have videoproof from a spectator field of view, where this player is seen cheating. But writing "im not sure what the reason was you were banned but as admin I'm sure if I banned you you must have been cheating" thats not the way of doing it buddy. Also it would mean real cheaters you banned and come here appealing would be unbanned because you have no demo or video..

Lets say it this way:

You are walking down the road in your city. A new police officer who only been 2 months on the police force, stops you and arrests you. He says he thinks you been stealing money from a house somewhere while he never seen you enter this houseand also searched your body and he did not find any money on you that you have had stolen, but he just thinks you are a thief. After 10 days in jail your mother visits you and she asks the police officer why he arrested you while he has no evidence of you stealing something. The police officer says "well I dont have any facts or evidence of him entering the house and stealing money but I'm a police officer I'm sure if he got arrested and is in jail he must have done something.."

Would you think this is justice?

We need proof if they appeal, no proof there get unbanned. You need to do demo's so we can use it in defense.

Bro i miss you. you know they game banned me cuz skin changer. i swear to god didn't cheat cs in my life. Yesterday i join to server non steam- they banned me again. I have school, this is my last college year. Im not gonna join everyday but sometimes i want to spent time with my real friends man. Im just a regullar dude man u can see my faceit profile is so clean.



The question is if he didnt cheat why does he not appeal for his main account (amorita) that has a recent VAC + 50.000 kills on this server (because he got busted, he just trying to play his cards because its been 8-10 months ago and he thinks people already forgot about his cheat conviction)

=> Instead he appeals for his xfreshbloodx account with just 60 kills on it that got banned by Samsvoj. While he plays on his 2nd account that never got banned anyway with 8000 kills.
