Ok this is taking too long already, so i decided to represent Pandabear as his defence attorney because his ban is truly unjustifiable.

First let's look at the facts in chronological order;
-Panda get's a knife kill on one nemo and says.
1. -Panda get's muted by Gozzy
-Panda doesn't know why he's gotten muted (because as usual gozzy doesn't say anything)
-Panda is mad and insults gozzy's mom.
2. -Panda apologizes.

Now let's think about all of this for a second, shall we ?

So panda get's a knife kill, that is no ordinary feat, especially for him , he's also a funny guy by nature so him making a joke about that should really come to no one's surprise.
What i wonder is, why did Gozzy think that was a good reason to mute Panda ? I have made the same kinds of jokes before, even with panda, and i think everyone can universally agree that it's funny, and in general allot of people play along in the joke. Therefore the only possible reason i can think of for this mute is that Gozzy saw something that could qualify as "foul language" in chat and decided to enforce the rule, randomly ? Or because he doesn't like Panda ? I can't say so i won't, but i think you can guess my opinion on that matter.
The problem here is the enforcing of a rule that is broken every day by almost everyone. I'd even argue that a rule against foul language has no use at all other than to ban 90% of cs:go's player base, let's be real, it's an intense game and raging/shit talking is an integral part of the game, whether you like it or not, people need to vent their frustrations, and the in-game chat is the only real way inside the game.

Now that we know what set all this drama into motion, let's see how the situation has been handled from there:
So panda is now muted, and has no idea why, this is critical, as per usual Gozzy remains silent, i believe that any ban/kick/mute should be given an appropriate reason which should instantly be communicated to the concerned person, how is he supposed to know what he did wrong if Gozzy doesn't tell him ?
He was quite upset about it; Which in term leads us to the reason of his ban (conversation above 2).

Now i'm not going to make any excuses for Panda on this point, he did personally insult Gozzy, however the "" clearly indicate that it was meant as a joke, an offensive joke without a doubt, but still a joke nonetheless, he also instantly apologized and stated his reason as to why he said what he did (conversation above 3).
I think that while it doesn't excuse what he said, it is completely justifiable from a human point of view.

Now rules are still rules right ? Well it seems like you have set precedent in unbanning people who not only haven't expressed an apology towards the concerned admin, but have continued with the abuse ? How can we justify permanently banning Panda for one single slip up while repeated offenders are allowed to keep playing ? This is honestly outrageous, and i don't feel like i need to say why, we all know that is utter bullshit.

In conclusion, i believe Panda should be unbanned weather or not Gozzy accepts his apology, especially since i know him he will probably wait until Panda is unbanned to even respond any further (based on how he handled my ban, which was not saying anything until after i was unbanned, and even then he couldn't make a case for himself yet he insists he is right).

Personal note to Gozzy,

I know you don't like me, i really don't care, but what i do care about you playing the fun police, how dare we say improper things to have fun right ? Stop being so sensitive, man up and accept his apology, right now you're acting like a child.

So guys, did I get unbanned?

Gozzy you got until tomorrow 5pm to respond or i will up my game, and trust me you'll regret not responding on time.
