I have decided after many players VIP and non VIP have requested to remove the VIP option of the Thermal Grenade( Wall Hack). I will put it to a vote and we will see the out come is either it stays or will be removed

Finally, great vote.
I would also like to put an argument here concerning skins. How important are skins for a VIP players, maybe let's see that on a vote as well where only VIP players can vote? My argument here is that they are quite unnecesarry as a player cannot even see them, only the other players, from pov you can only see no hands etc. Although hgitboxes got better over time for sure, color patterns have not, many of the skins blend in with the map so basically sometimes you cannot see or see too late the opposite player. Just an idea here, other vip features are meant for better gameplay, this is just cosmetics.
Also, one more idea for a discussion: AWP Restriction, so sometimes on some maps 80% of some team has awp's and game turns to standingon opposite sides awping each other and no one is moving, trying to plant etc as it becomes quite impossible even for the very good players. And if there is a vote for awp restrict and amin does so, vip's are still imune and then again no point in restriction, just becomes unfair towards non-VIP players. Idea here is to let other admins be able, as roots are, when weapon restict to be in works for both vip and non-vip players.

Awp restriction seems like a good idea, feels like 80 percent of the time its just a sniper war. There's a reason valve made it 4750 in game cash because it's overpowering. Most maps are designed for 5vs5 and if 10 people constantly poop out awps it becomes a camp fest. Unnatural csgo, and it limits the gameplay making people stop going for bomb plants. Because why would anyone want to go bombsite, or recapture a dropped bomb when 5 awps await around the corner. For example jimmy with 50 hours played in the game takes the bomb alone and dies full rambo on B, 7 awps stack up on the dropped bomb. Administrator.
5. Has the right to:
make server administration decisions that are not described in the rules;
kick observers;
limit "AWP" in the ratio of 1 pc. to 4 players for each team (taking into account VIP players);
take any steps to improve the game on the server.
6. Has no right to:
offend players;
use server administration tools for personal as well as entertainment purposes (arson, freeze, and so on);
break the ratio in the "AWP" constraint;
concurrently be a game administrator on other servers with the exception of technical administrators;
violate the general rules applicable to players;
If possible, setting automatic awp limits would significantly improve gameplay on servers.

I understand vip is crucial for the servers to stay up and maintained, and all those p2w stuff included in vip are marketing, but....
I think skins are here to stay, as much as I hate them, those are the biggest marketing the server can offer for vip,
We need useless stuff to be removed, like gravity options making players able to self boost on window on mirage alone box boost to ladder room, and other unfair stuff, gravity is very buried that unless you go to the vip menu you never see it, it needs to be removed,
Ofcourse, tag nade is the worst ever in game, but medkits also need to be decreased in size, 50 hp is 2 much, and the teammate heal after the latest vip update got so op, with awp in head 62 hp increase like wth, just decrease the amount of it
if we loose player base then no players will be left to pay vip, fix vip once and for all

I play on 7pub for a long time on, but in last month there is only ar4i that play with it, and not even all the time
(good old times whel everyone smoked and tagged each others XD)
It's not a big deal, it just add some fun to game, you are not ranking for esl on public, you know, right? Another thing, why asking players which are not donating, about a donation feature? No sense, make it an internal vote for those who had full vip.
- I would see some improvement in collision for "boosting" and !rtv/!nominate command back.
- Maybe add skins in server(not launcher), so legit players could also use it?
- Add some relax round at begging (like 30 hp knife/he rounds) and map like minecraft&Co, as i said before, we are here just for fun.
All of features above, where on this server years ago, i don't know why they removed them.
Would be nice see, again, 3rd part anticheat, last time it washed off a lot of "legit" players, but only if it don't overload the server

Still, you are pretty late, as i said before, we have a period, like a years ago, when everyone with vip/testvip used tag+smoke, so i can't understand why, now when it's not a issue anymore, you "говно мутишь"(not translatable), it's seams that some vip making you salty and you want it off, can i also point that you are one of those vip/admin who use it fulltime, as all other vips features, always bhopping around, giving yourself weapon and all features on (autoswitch/vampirism/nofall etc), so you are pretty incoherent, but you are not the onlyone, other who voted to off had vips abuse it very hard, and not in fun way Mass do it, but HardTrying ).
You already have full/light vip, just remove it from light and, the most important (and i don't know if it's already done it) remove it from testvip.
But i welcome other question about what new add to server, this is the way admins should think: what to add, not what to remove. Imho, or you remove vip at all, or there no reason to remove thing that existing for more that 2/3 years. I'm here for 5+ years, almost always vip was buyed, but it's done for maintaining server, as i had most of features off and before this year i was always on 11 server quite all the time.
ps: i don't know if 11 server it's still the same, but it had vips off, so if someone had some problems with vips features, they can migrate to 11.
