Dazzo and scream вроде сами ушли. С Roy сняли главного админа, но не банили(выгоняли). Но я знаю, что до них были такие админы как who i am, pofigist, JIuCeHoK, Tera которые были лучшими админами, чем многие другие. Они предлагали много хороших идей для проекта. Но они ушли из-за Roy(who i am) и из-за Leah(pofigist,JIuCeHoK, Tera и многие другие). И это только админы которых я быстро вспомнил. Игроков которые ушли гораздо больше...

Lets focus about fixing the problems first new roots will not mean it will change old problems!

There is the owner of the server and he decides all actions. Things like:

- If VIP features and server plugins need to be added/removed.
- Who gets to be root and who not.
- Server reboots

Problem is => He does not spend much time online and almost no time in CSGO.
There for it's hard for someone outside who is not an active player like we are to understand certain aspects.
What is right, what is wrong. What is fun and what is frustrating in the game.
These are core aspects that mainly decide why people stay or leave.

Of course this is different for many people but there is a lot we can all agree on,
if we have to say what the biggest reasons are people don't want to play anymore.

Solution is => he has root admin's to give him advice.
Problem is => if root admins give bad advice, bad decisions will be made.

Root admins should be active on the server to know what happens everyday, to see what the problems are on the server.
If you don't know what the problems are.. how can you tell the owner of the server why people stopped playing?

That's why root should investigate!

- Why people are leaving and don't come back.
(bad connection, admin abuse, stupid maps, wrong bans, vip overpowered, no balance, to much awp's)

- What people enjoy and why they are coming back.
(good people, good connection, good admins to balance, good weapon balance, awp battles)

I think motivation to make the server improve should be top priority of roots.
Because in the past it looked more like the current root admin only wanted to do the fun aspects of the job and leave out the difficult aspects for the normal admins to do..

When people complained on the forum about being wrongful banned or any other technical problems often I seen root admins answer only 1x after 14 days!! On a good day => once a week! They would reply usually 7 days after someone complained..
I can imagine if you get banned you would care first 2 days and after you just say fck it and go to a different server if innocent.

Complaints were on many occasions removed from the forum. To make it look like everything was heaven and paradise here!

If you are not motivated to check the forum every day as root then give it to someone else!
If you are not motivated to address the real issues towards the owner of the server give it to someone else!
If you are not motivated to review demo's and make decisions yourself when there is doubt, give it to someone else!
If you are not motivated to balance the teams and fair play, and join only the winning team give root to someone else!
because being admin it would mean you should sacrifice yourself by going to help the losing team and do the right thing.
If you can't do that then obviously you are not someone who cares for the well being of the server.

And as we all know the roots in the past pretty much never cared to do any of these things.
In fact when I was playing it rather looked like they wanted people to leave, only thinking about them selfs.

Same goes for a lot of admins also. Do your duty you signed up for!
If you just want admin for extra vip benefits and immunity to punish players that don't play your gamestyle,
then leave it for someone who wants to do the job the way it should be done.

If you can't convince the owner of the server that he's making a big mistake by adding random VIP bullshit.
Or plugins that severely damage the server to a degree were fun goes from level 10 to level 3.
While everyone complains about it but no changes are made.

Then really I have serious doubts that you as root have even tried to change the mind of the owner.

I can already imagine when he put that voteban system in use.
People were getting banned every day 7 hours for no reason because the plugin is bugged, every non-steam kid puts a vote up to cockblock the other player who is better and spamming the server with votes to every player.

And you as root say 'excuse me mister server owner can we put the vote off, I don't think people are liking it'
Ofcourse he will say no, and you will say ok.

Afterwards you come to us every time and say 'look I tried change his mind but he didn't want to listen.' how stupid does that sound.
If you want to be a leading figure go act like one, if you can't tell the truth because you want to have good reputation with the big owner
and promised to fix a lot of things but never managed to do it then its obviously time someone else takes over.

owners or roots have bullshit in their heads so nothing will get good and btw nothing last forever so we...when i say we i mean the players who joined everyday to have fun on this server WE made it run for this time!

Now heads knows and agree with most of problems. Voteban shit plugin removed. Vip fix incoming and must be soon. Their "mind" changed. But who dont want to comeback wont do it, will be changes or not.
