so i nominate the new faces, people who can give a (+) to the server (my opinion) Enigmatic2U Mass Killer (WTH!!!) Friendlycouch Primal Raider

let's make some steps:

Step01: Refrech Database of the server to 0 to get his speed back because one you get to the website you'll see 1million connect to the server and old scores (points) and this slowdown the server.

Step02: change all what people complains about (i'll speak shortly because everyone knows)

-Maps (delete some of them the server is not a library to keep all the old maps, keep only what people love to play in)
-Vip Menu (delete Skins, Tag nade, Healing players ......)
-Restriction (make it for vips and for normal players)
-!Voteban in chat (replace it with !calladmin and make a discord server so when a player report someone it goes directly to Discord server any admin online can see it and join the server and fix the problem)
-Change round time to 2 min and make 30 rounds per map not 20.
-Delete the musique because no one listen to them they are just ennoying.
-Make free skins (knife, guns, agents)

Step03:when people start coming back (i'm 10000000% sure they will come back) use vip money to make the server 128 tick.

I hope my post not that long XD but Master Chief trust me this is the only solution left because everyone hates how your root admins manage the server and they use a lot of hate energy and dictatorship in their job.

About maps... In my opinion, there are about 12 main maps and there is no need anymore. The CS game is that kind of game where you don't need a big pool of maps (it's about how good you know the map, like basketball or football, nobody tells that need a new shape of the playground). And there is another problem especially now if somebody nominates a normal map, many times some random kids vote for some random map that nobody has played once and then last normal players leave because nobody wants to play it.

This question was already touched many times. We have different opinions. 1st like you, 2nd is that this is pub server for a bit have fun, not only competitive and players like juba, me, T4L and some others likes to play on some good new maps. But the problem: "...many times some random kids vote for some random map that nobody has played once and then last normal players leave because nobody wants to play it." is realy have place to be like everyday. Maybe map pool will be fixed more soon. Will see.

Maybe then is worth doing two servers, one classic and one with a big map pool and other features. Or maybe it should be a rotation of main pool with +-12 maps, but you can nominate with in game command some new map and it appears in selection at the end

I see always people saying to remove custom maps, saying we need only classic maps. What's the point to play always the same maps, people do always the same tactics no matter good or bad. I mean you can argue ye you have to get better at the map, but the maps are designed for 5 vs 5 and not 16 vs 16. Most tactics you can't even apply to a 16vs16 as there is not enough teamplay, communication, or some random guy running away with the bomb hiding in spawn. I understand at some maps you have a bad score and others you don't because you have not played it many times.

There for it doesn't mean this map is bad, good players can play on any map. Getting better yourself means improvising, that's what the game is about you do new things, explore new maps and inject your global game knowledge there. It's there were you can test your actual skill. Ofcourse a person who plays 1000x mirage will be good at mirage, but perform worse on other maps. Counterstrike exist since 1999 I know there is not a lot people who played back then but even 1.6 condition zero and source had many players, many custom maps are nostalgia to these players, from back in the days. The new generations never played these maps as they were still little kids or not even born in 1999-2005.

It's a fun server, playing other maps should be possible, you go faceit, casual or matchmaking there you already have all standard maps. Obviously nobody will join a new server as there is no people, that's what they had before server 11 it was basicly the same as 7 but not popular. Everyone joins the server with most people.

Your are right for me, but now its realy problem with online on server when map is not default. Need for better online. (Custom map are still on server and able to choose in vote and to be nominated)

i agre with most points , but about roots , they need to look what players want on server , it's not important who is root , he must be new !!! nah it's not

dude the server is not a museum to keep all those maps XD i'm not saying delete them all but keep the legend ones like 10 or 12 of them not a server with 30+ maps if you stay the whole day you won't play all of them, i'm not saying keep only cs go maps, my meaning was keep the good maps even agency and assault and new cs go maps they added recently they are shit and fps kinda fucked up there normal maps i have 200 240 fps new maps 90 100 fps so not all the people have a sick settings you should see all the players poor and rich,i guess you got my meaning
