They promised better servers in 2019 nothing happened, they did a vote for removing wallhack grenade 80% said yes and after nothing happened just 8 months later they removed it and now its back again. Then they add super jump you can jump in 3 seconds from CT to T spawn after 6 months they removed it. Same with bunnyhop. Then they added this retarded broken "teambalance" which was a total fail. And now they added this VOTING option where every kid can spam ban anyone without reason for 7 hours. Now they perma banning admins for giving a slap. When there was admins who rage-ban people on purpose they get nothing or just demote never ban. I know you are fairly new to the server don't believe to much they say. Admins these days perma banning for teamflashing.. like?

Sure, there are things I don't know, but most changes come too late , and some changes never come .
i think there is no reason to remove maps , when some admins ( i will not say the names because everyone know what he's doing) , when some admins changing map after the result of vote is 11 players for 1 map , and 2 , 1 , players for different maps , remember there are 20 or 22 players on the server , i have a question , how 11 players will feel when they forced to play other map witch is not the 1 in vote result ?
about awp , i like mirage when i'm playing Tside ,
i peek MID , OMG 3 awps window ; 1 connector , 1 catwalk
i try A , OMG 1 awps ct , 1 triple , 1 jungle , 2 stack ( everyone inside the other ) stairs xd
OK let try B , OMG 1 truck , fine , i'll smoke it , 1 site ( default ) , 1 market window , 1 market door , 1 catwalk ( from mid turn to watch b ups )

Things that make the server slow / bad performance / red connection lines:

- When the player's connected exceeds 32 players the server takes a big performance hit also. Sometimes there is 36 people connected because of VIP, due to the use of connection with the console command you can join the server when it is full. It's better to remove option people can join with the connect + ping command and let VIP join when the
server is full and kick 1 person with highest ping, or maybe non-steam. Result server don't get overload = WIN WIN
- Statistics never get deleted. Currently the gameme plugin is tracking 1,3 million players. Obviously it's not needed this many. Lets say 5% are banned from cheating, but this statistics are still saved on the database with connects the gameserver csgo with the website plugin. These statistics of people who are banned are 100% not needed and should be deleted anyway. There are non-steams of the same player making 30 accounts, statistics of inactive accounts (lets say if you didn't play for 12 months or less than 50-100 hours total in 6 month period you lose all your statistics) its needed to keep the server healthy. Just like you need to delete old files on your game pc to make it not slow it's the same for servers.
But yea this probably only the coders from gameme can fix, so probably you would need a complete statistic reset of the server 1x a year or so.

what about
reset players states monthy or ( 2 months at max )
disable skins for nosteam players , like old days of server .
remove show damage for vip or at least use a small and simple font .
make max ping for server lower , come on 320 max ping ? , let make it at least 180 , then add a real plunig for kick high ping players
let talk about me , everyone know that i have bad ping ( not stalbe ) sometimes i get + 1000 ms in net_graph , like 800 on scoreboard but i never kicked for high ping by the plugin
