non-prime have limitations?

    non-prime have limitations?

    hi guys, after six-month plying in server with non-prime account can't even see se7enkills server in my server list but works with VPN. it's not from my isp, my friend tested with his prime steam account (we have the same isp) he can connect.
    I tested with three other isp's and one mobile network.
    also "The Dictator" (samy) another player have the same issue (non-prime).

      Your issue is probably already fixed, I assume it was something ISP related having a conflict with the server host.
      If you happen to get in the same situation, try restarting the game and if it's not fixed by that, restart your router and you should be fine.
      i tried, restart the game and modem doesn't help. I talk with isp and everything it's ok. but he said maybe they are have blocked us. (i can get a ping in CMD or terminal)
      so I check gametracker.com for different locations server.
      not block:
      Denmark
      Spain
      Sweden
      Switzerland
      United Kingdom
      Poland

      is blocked:
      Germany
      France
      Greece
      Italy

      (I've been having this problem for seven months).

      BUT MCI (largest mobile operator in Iran) works very well with all locations. for now, just can connect with MCI to the server (unstable ping) and another largest mobile network company Irancell like isp doesn't connect.

        I do not know what you have done but its nothing our end as we have players from france greece germany having no issues sorry
