I think the server is not going to get updated until they sort out the non steam CS GO, which doesn't work with the new update, see this link:

This is the Jan 2013 version of csgo.EDIT: WORKS AGAIN!

You need to select VERSION: 1.36.5.2 if it's on the drop down list under the CS GO properties.
