Indeed playtime on server is no indication if they cheat or will ever use cheats
Take 01 Hatsune Miku MX for instance nearly 9 days played on gungame, coulden't resist ezfrags lol, FOR SHAME!

Guys, do be conscious of the fact that a lot of players with quite a few days playtime have randomly toggled cheats on in the past.
No difference with this player with 7 days playtime http://se7enkills.gameme.com/playerinfo/1798454.
One aimlock or kill like in the clip below is enough evidence to convict. I know players try to conceal their cheats, just be aware that familiar players do sometimes randomly toggle.
