    I lost my VIP status

    Hi,
    I bought VIP status on 09.12.17 for 1 year.
    I paid by Paypal (transaction number 9KV21113JJ019271S)
    I connect today to play and I'm no longer VIP!
    Thanks for helping me, I did not keep the email with the code.
