I agree it would be more fun on #7 being 30 players. But truth of the matter is #7 is already established with people buying vip strictly for that server, as they don't play the other servers. So we would be in catch 22 like xaza said about waiting for vip to expire, an nothing will ever get done. As it is no ones loosing anything as no one plays #11 anyways.

#11 is idle, no one really plays it, so makes sense to atleast make use of it otherwise is just a waste. Also its 10vs10 so is more like competitive rules so we could have some decent games on it, like we used to when it was populated.

Vip purchase would still benefit #11 with a reserved slot like Roy mentioned, which is a bonus as if it does get popular being only 20 players that reserved slot will come in useful.
