Getting 5% to 25% chokes continuously. Unable to access demos & I can see the hackers but don't get enough proof to ban them because as soon as I start spectating them they start behaving noob. There is a hack which let them know who is spectating them. I know this because I've seen one hacker spray my name on wall asking why I am watching him. Please fix the demos so we can ban the regular evaders.
