First see than believe, talk is talk that's what I learned here Always many promises "we will make the server better!" but never nothing changed.
It will take months, if not years to get all people back, they lost faith and interest. They play all on casual servers there is no VIP, good connection, and if you don't like the map they go just to the next server. Server 11 was also popular, some root also said she will make this server good again and look now they removed this server even. Sure if you want to change it's good I wish you much luck with that but it takes much effort. Nobody will connect to a server with 6 people inside, because it's boring and easy kills. That's why people connected when there was 20 non-steams they fill server up and then normal steam players connect after and fill slowly the server. But now all non-steams dissapeared. And regular players dissapeared, who will sit and wait in the server lobby 1-2 hours for enough people? You have this patience? Many people will do something else and do something more fun with their free time It's a good thing you try to adjust some problems here but i'm afraid it's a bit to late.

The reason gungame still has people on is because it's fast game, you spawn, die spawn die it's always action. On competitive you die you wait, and when its 4vs4 it can take a very long time as many non-steams don't plant bombs and hide somewhere in houses. So ofcourse round can take 3minutes. People not going to wait everytime 3 minutes and disconnect.

Да всем все известно, но не все проблемы можно решить.
Что пофиксить нельзя:
1) Лаги сервера
2) Убрать випку совсем или ее чересчур сильно поменять. Сейчас будет полностью убрана вх граната и ограничение авп будет действовать для всех. Скины будут заменены на более адекватные.

Что будет улчучшено или было улучшено:
1) Опять таки изменения в випке (самое главное это ограничения на авп).
2) Убрано глупое голосование с вотебаном
3) Теперь админы не решают какие карты будут следующими.
4) Возможно будут введены ограничения на пинг.
5) Улучшен список карт на пабе
5) На гг новые карты.

Там много конструктивных предложений по поводу улучшений для сервера, там писал не только я, но и многие другие игроки, они писали что их беспокоит конкретно и что по их мнению можно улучшить. Очень многое осталось актуально и для нашего времени. Надеюсь у вас получиться значительно продвинуться в улучшении игрового процесса для всех участников данного проекта)

I didnt know about your donations... So, this is good reason to care about, i agree. Vip will be fixed soon. Admins now wont change map by themself, only auto. About Leah, I can not influence on it. All these was when i was no here, so i had many many different points about her from different people. What did i see was all good from her, sorry, but this only what i saw. Now about any problems people can report to me directly. I collect wishes and complains and transmit it to Tal. Then he choose what to do and what to not. He cant do all, because he hasnt server access to server reboot for example, but he can make some changes in settings of server. Now, when some say, thats too late, i agree. But better late then never. We will glad to see people back. Now i got permissions for admins settings.

И вы правы, Лия перестала играть активно на всех серверах, поэтому у всех новых игроков другое представление о том, кто она на самом деле. Они думают, что она хороший человек ... но она носит только маску, новые люди никогда не видели ее настоящую личность.

Sure you are not sure, when you always looked the other way when something happened Leah was the one unbanning cheaters without seeing the demo in general. That's the reason Mass did not want to be admin anymore. Double standards seem to be something similar to UK players somehow. She always asked Dazzo's opinion and if he said not cheating they would get unbanned no questions asked without her ever watching a demo. One persons opinion overrules everyone else's and Dazzo wasn't even playing anymore and he never plays on 7 same goes for you, you saw bad things affecting the server but you rarely spoke out about it. But I agree about what you said about the other roots. They made the server into a bigger shit show, which was the final straw. But you shouldn't simp on Leah, as if she's friggin mother Teresa don't be naive.

Согласен на все 100%, о чем и я здесь неоднократно писал, и многие другие игроки кроме нас... А про пример приведённый выше с админом(Tera) можно прочитать здесь же на форуме, это вроде было в том посте от осени 2018 года который я кидал ранее. И на самом сервере, подобное агрессивное поведение Leah к Tere и другим игрокам я неоднократно наблюдал, как это видели и другие игроки, о чем здесь так же писалось, но всем было всё равно(из вышестоящего управления проектом).
P.S. При том об этом писали не только игроки из России, но так же и из Бельгии, Англии, Израиля, Алжира и США(тех кого вспомнил). Только теперь этих игроков здесь нет...

И это были в основном админы которых таковыми сделали либо Roy, либо Leah. Во всяком случаи я помню только таких, из-за того, как мне кажется, они делали админами игроков особо не рассматривая их компетентность в роли админов.

Я сказал про то что с тобой мало пересекался к тому, что острыми проблемы были когда я активно играл, мб когда ты стал активно играть на 7 сервере, то эти проблемы уменьшились, а Leah стала меньше делать всяких вещей которые бы ухудшали игровой процесс(понимая что её действия негативно сказываются на онлайне) для самих игроков

I'm not scared to be banned, fact is I was banned for many things that I should not have been banned for. I played here because many nice people I met here but they all left. I donated 24000 rubles to upgrade server 7 and what did the owner do he said he used this money for server 14 and 11.. when he promised better host for 7 because it was lagging. I gifted 20x 1 year VIP codes to random people so they would play more on the server. And in the end it was all for nothing, why should people care if roots/owner never ask the opinions of the players before big changes are made? People played here everyday but got treated like we are nothing to you. Well I might be back when this mental girl is not admin anymore abuse powers for own benefit I don't like this. If we break the rules we get always banned, when she breaks the same rules 100x she never get nothing. Is that fair to you we can't even report that as she gets full immunity.

Leah calls other girl admin on the server a bitch. But when other girl admin call Leah sheep in Russian Leah bans this girl and removed her admin powers. Why because everyone like this girl because she balances always and is always nice to everyone and Leah is jealous.
This is just 1 example from 100

If you can change this problems I can come back, I can bring other people back but things need to change.
2017-2018 was the best time after that everything just got destroyed nobody listened to the players.

To much plugins on the server for vip causing lag, 80% of the vip features is not needed.
To much player statistics, should be reset 1x a year for improving server performance. Server restart 1 or 2x a day for improving performance.
And ping restrictions, everything connected above 180 ping is also stupid, there's people playing from Brazil, 1 they are on the other side of the planet 2 they have shit computers and internet. Why need these on the server? People like this bring down the network and make everyone lag.

I used to have admin, I would ban people for 30 minutes who had 250 ping and then Leah said I'm destroying the server and that she will remove my admin. 6 month later she write in admin steam chat to all other admins that everyone should ban people with 250 ping.

Then 1 day there is other admin he calls me cheater and start swearing at me. I respond back saying he is on drugs.
Guess who Leah remove admin? Sure she remove my admin but not from the other admin who started all this.
Is that how this system works, if you are friend of Leah you can break rules?

All this small things become 1 big thing

Not sure why some are ganging up on Ace, the issue in my opinion was the other (non playing) roots, who didn't listen to the players (and other admins), they also undermined some of the admins with bans of a number of suspicious players being overturned without even seeing the demo!
WH nade was one of the things the players asked to remove from the server, there was even a vote, but no action for months!
