No cs2_video.txt file?

    No cs2_video.txt file?

    After downloading the launcher with CS2, I need to edit it's cs2_video.txt file, not in game. It had some things that could boost my fps there. And then I checked, there is no cs2_video.txt file? Like, I found video.txt and videodefaults.txt file, but I believe it's for CS:GO. Where could I change cs2_video.txt file and where do I even find it?
